Leadership.  One word explains my commitment to you, the people that I will serve, to lead the Sheriff’s Department with effective leadership that brings with it unquestionable character and integrity.   My management experience and training is not limited to emergency services having also served in leadership positions both within and outside of our community.   Leadership is a key ingredient to the success of any organization.   In order for the Sheriff’s Department to grow and meet the ever changing needs of Jefferson County, someone must lead who has demonstrated the desire and ability to work with the elected officials of Jefferson County.  I have accomplished just that through organizations that I am affiliated within our community.  This is an essential part of the role of the sheriff within Jefferson County and I look forward to serving the community and you.
